Two people were taken to the hospital after a car struck a church in Ashford on Friday night.
The car hit the Westford Congregational Church on the corner of Westford Hill Road and Turnpike Road.
State troopers said two patients were transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries. One patient was transported via LifeStar because of the distance to Hartford Hospital.
The church was unoccupied at the time.
No other information was immediately available.
