The intersection of Cold Spring Road and Highland Street in Rocky Hill was shut down on Sunday night while crews worked to repair the road after a water service pipe break that affected 600 apartments.
A crack in the 8-inch water main on Cold Spring Road caused water service to be shut off on Sunday evening, affecting 600 units in Century Hills Apartments at the intersection of Cold Spring Road and Robinson Road.
Crews began digging around 7 p.m. and shut off the water shortly thereafter. Water service was restored by 10:45 p.m., according to MDC.
