The nice, sunny spring weather has taken a vacation and brought the threat of storms to Connecticut.
A strong cold front will move through the state this afternoon and scattered thunderstorms are likely through the afternoon and should wane this evening.
The biggest issue with these storms will be vivid, dangerous lightning and gusty winds.
Take cover if threatening weather approaches your town.
