Wesleyan Shooting

Stephen Morgan, who was wanted for the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old Wesleyan student, surrendered to Connecticut cops Thursday after he was spooked by seeing his own photo on the front page of a newspaper at a convenience store, police sources told NBC Connecticut.
