Wethersfield Police are investigating a number of burglaries in the north end of town.

Homes in the Nott Street, Wolcott Hill Road and Jordan Lane areas have been broken into in recent days, according to police. Jewelry was stolen from a home on Nott Street and a laptop was stolen from a home on Jordan Lane, police said.

In at least one instance, the burglar entered the home through a second floor window. The suspect set of the house alarm before fleeing.

Authorities ask that anyone who witnesses suspicious activity or suspicious people to call them at 860-721-2900.
