Teen Accused of Posting Underage Sex Video

A 16-year-old Windsor teen is charged with child porn after police say he video taped a sexual encounter of a 14-year-old girl and another underage male with his cell phone and uploaded it to Facebook.
A 16-year-old Windsor High student was arrested for allegedly posting a video of his classmates having sex.
Police say the teen admitted to putting the video on Facebook because he was mad following an argument with the alleged victim's boyfriend.
The video showed the 14-year-old alleged victim having sex with a male student. Those students were aware the accused teen was recording.
The teen told police he knew it was wrong to post the video and if he could take it back, he would, according to court documents.
Investigators identified the 16-year-old in court documents, but NBC Connecticut chose not reveal his name because of his age.
The teen faces several charges and was released on a promise to appear in court.
The charges are: employing a minor in an obscene performance, illegal possession of child pornography and risk of injury to a minor.
He will be back in court on October 26.
