    Sharon Vignone is accused of assaulting a police officer in Glastonbury in July.

    A Broad Brook woman is accused of assaulting a police officer who responded to an incident in the parking garage of Plan B in Glastonbury  on Thursday, police said.

    Police responded to Plan B at 12:53 a.m. on Thursday after receiving a report of a man and a woman arguing.

    Responding officers said Sharon C. Vignone, 47, of Broad Brook, was involved in the incident and took her into custody.
     
    Vignone is accused of interfering with police and assaulting an officer when she was being placed in a cruiser.

    She was charged with assault on police officer, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $100,000.
