A worker was killed in Niantic when his chain saw came in contact with a power line on Friday.
State police responded to the incident around 12:50 p.m.
Donald Rutty, 32, was taken to Lawrence and Memorial Hospital where he died, according to state police.
The Occupational Safety and Hazard Administration in investigating the accident.
