College students can now get course material through iTunes.

Your iPod isn't just for music anymore.

A new collaboration is giving Connecticut college students easy access to school materials through iTunes

iTunes U offers free content for students, including course lectures, language lessons and lab demos.

You can even get sports highlights and campus tours.

iTunes U will be available to students at the state's universities and colleges, so now there's no excuse for kids to miss lectures.

The Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium negotiated a state-wide contract with Apple to provide the state's public higher education institutions and K-12 schools with access to iTunes U.
