    CQ Roll Call
FBI Director James Comey testifies before a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing in Dirksen Building on oversight of the Bureau on Wednesday.

The head of the FBI said the bureau is rethinking its policy on marijuana smoking in an effort to woo more hackers in the fight against cyber crime. The FBI currently turns down job applicants who have used marijuana in the past three years, a policy that Director James Comey said has kept many hackers away when they're needed more than ever. Comey backtracked somewhat at a Senate hearing Wednesday, saying that he's against marijuana use but has to deal with a "change in my work force."
