New Canaan’s Charlie Cole Rows His Way to Finals

After a good race on Thursday morning, Charlie Cole, of New Canaan, and his men's four team have rowed their way into the Olympic rowing finals.

Cole’s team came in first in their race and is now ranked second, behind Great Britain.

They will advance to the A finals on Saturday.

Cole began rowing while at New Canaan High School and went on to attend Yale.
