Redskins wide receiver Santana Moss and Giants cornerback Corey Webster got into a fight early in the second quarter of Sunday's game, with Moss hitting Webster in the face and Webster knocking Moss's helmet off and driving him into the turf in the end zone.

It's not clear what words may have been spoken before the fight, but Moss appeared to take exception to some physical play on the field. Both were lucky that they weren't ejected, and with the personal foul penalties offsetting, they both basically got away with a fight on the field. They'll both be fined this week, of course.

As for the on-field battle between the two, Webster is getting the better of it. Late in the second quarter, Moss has been held without a catch, while Webster has an interception, and the Giants are leading 17-0.
