Multi-Grain Waffles

Makes About 12 Waffles

    All Purpose Flour 113 Grams 4 Oz. 
    Whole Wheat Flour 85 Grams 3 Oz. 
    Cornmeal 43 Grams 1 ½Oz. 
    Oatmeal 70 Grams 2 ½ Oz. 
    Baking Powder 9 Grams 1 Tbsp. 
    Sugar 28 Grams 1 Oz. 

    Milk 338 Grams 12 Oz. 
    White Vinegar 14 Grams 1 Tbsp. 
    Whole Egg 50 Grams 1 Each 
    Egg Whites 40 Grams 2 Each 
     

    • Sift the dry ingredients together in a bowl large enough to accommodate the remaining ingredients.

    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the liquid ingredients.

    • Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix just until combine.

    • Ladle the batter into a pre heated, greased waffle iron.

    • Cook until golden and serve.
