The customers of Albertsons have donated money and food to help provide Thanksgiving meals for military families based San Diego.
Soak rice paper wrappers in a large bowl of cold water for 2 minutes or until lightly softened. Gently drain and lay out wrappers on the counter. Place the turkey, lettuce, carrot, red onion, cabbage and cilantro in a bowl. Add the lime juice and toss to evenly coat, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Divide the meat/lettuce mixture among the rice paper wraps. Fold the sides of the wrapper in and roll up into a large cigar shape. Slice in half and serve with sweet chile dipping sauce. Serves 4.
