Crab Cakes

    • 1 pound Maryland Lump Crab
    • ½ cup chopped celery
    • ½ cup chopped onion
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
    • 1 tablespoon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • ¼- to ½-cup bread crumbs

    In a large bowl, mix together the crab, celery, onion, mayonnaise, Old Bay, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

    Add bread crumbs, a little at a time, to get a moist but moldable crab cake. 

    Make the batch into 2- to 3-ounce cakes and fry.
