This recipe makes four servings.
- 4 slices of rye bread
- ¼ cup of tomato sauce
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 4 Tbsp. goat cheese
- 4 Tbsp. grated parmesan
- 1 Tsp. olive oil
- Place the rye bread slices on a baking sheet, spread the tomato sauce on each slice and top with prosciutto slices, goat cheese, parmesan cheese and olive oil.
- Place in a preheated 400-degree oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the toppings just start to brown and the bread is crisp.
- Transfer to a cutting board and slice into four pieces each. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with mixed greens.
