Grilled Chicken Wrap with Fresh Fruit Salsa

Grilled Chicken Wrap with Fresh Fruit Salsa

Ingredients:

2 Wraps, Pita or Naan
2 4oz Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless
To Taste – Salt and Pepper
1 tsp Olive Oil

Fruit Salsa
10 Grape Tomatoes Quartered
¼ Cup Small Diced Pineapple
¼ Cup Small Diced Mango
2 Small Cut Scallions
¼ Cup Small Sliced Red Onion
½ Jalapeno  
2 tsp Minced Garlic
2 tsp Fresh Chopped Cilantro

1) After everything is cut for salsa mix together in a bowl. Set aside for about 30 minutes for all the flavors to blend together.

2) Grill Chicken on hot grill about 5-6 minutes each side until juices run clear or 165 with thermometer. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes.

3) Heat up bread on grill or hot pan for 1-2 minutes to warm. Slice Chicken breast thin with sharp knife. Place sliced Chicken breast on wrap and ,top with salsa roll up and enjoy.
