This recipe makes about 1 1/2 quarts of sorbet.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Passion Fruit Juice
- 3 Cups Orange Juice
- 1 Cup Water
Instructions:
- Bring the first measure of water up to a boil and add the sugar. Stir to dissolve and return to a gentle boil. Cool and reserve for sorbet.
- In a bowl, whisk together the reserved sugar syrup, passion fruit juice, orange juice and second measure of water.
- Transfer into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
- Serve and enjoy!
