Butter-Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat in a large frying pan. Add the cauliflower and kosher salt, and cook, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is browned and tender. Add the balsamic vinegar and mix well. Remove from heat; add salt, if necessary; and serve.
Serves 6.
