Lisa grew up on the Connecticut shoreline, graduating from Old Saybrook High School, and then Suffolk University in Boston with a journalism degree.

Lisa began her NBC 30 career back in 1995 as the weekend 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. anchor. After four successful years, Lisa hit the national stage with Fox News Channel in New York, where she worked as a news anchor and daytime host. Lisa returned to NBC 30 in 2002, where she served as the weekend anchor and also contributed as a consumer reporter for the station.

Lisa began her broadcast journalism career in Wilmington, N.C., at WJKA as a reporter and photographer, then to WSAV in Savannah, Ga., where she was the 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. anchor.

She came back to Connecticut to get married and live a small-town life in her home state, enjoying gardening, boating and skiing.
