A local Connecticut brewer is holding an open house Friday night in Bloomfield.
Whether it’s girls’ night out or a guys’ night, the Thomas Hooker Brewing Company is the place to be.
There’s something for everyone, whether you prefer, amber, light or even an ale.
Thomas Hooker Brewing is also going to debut its summer seasonal premium beer called Watermelon Ale.
The open house is from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 16 Tobey Road, Bloomfield.
For a $10 donation, you get all the beer tasting you can handle, a guided tour, plus a pint glass to keep.
A portion of the proceeds from Friday night’s event will go to the Village for Children in Hartford.
Thomas Hooker Brewing has been creating award-winning beers since 1997.
If you can’t make it to Bloomfield for the open house and want to give the home brewed beer a chance, it’s sold at liquor stores and bars around the state.
