QUITE A FEAT:  For some 40 years, they've been billed as one of the best live rock n' roll bands of all time.  Tonight you get the chance to judge for yourself.  Little Feat (one of the most influential bands you've never heard of) is playing at Infinity Music Hall & Bistro in Norfolk.  Since forming in 1969, Little Feat has played with the likes of Bob Dylan, Robert Plant, Brian Wilson and Bonnie Raitt.  Tickets are $75 and $95.  8pm.

SWEET SYMPHONY:  From folk, rock and blues, to jazz, Motown and even classical, Black Mountain Symphony has quite the range of influences.  Tonight, you can see how it all comes together at The Space in Hamden.  The band promises everything from folk-tinged ballads to rocking dance numbers.  Tickets are $10.  6:30pm.

BIRTHDAY SURPRISES:  Tonight brings us the world premiere of "Lil's 90th" at the Long Wharf Theatre in New Haven.  The play is the touching love story of Lilian's 90th birthday.  As Lilian and her family put the finishing touches on her big birthday bash, the surprise her husband Charlie had been planning gets out.  And that secret he'd hoped would make her day, may actually tear the family apart.  The show runs through February 7.  Tonight's performance is at 7pm.  Click here for show times and ticket info.
