ROCK OUT:  Tonight's your night to leave the comfort of your parent's basement. Head to Foxwoods to challenge your friends and perfect strangers to Guitar Hero and Rock Band competitions at The Scorpion Bar. Besides all the fake guitar and drums, you can enjoy the bar's signature tequilas and Mexican-style cuisine.

EMPTY CHAIRS AND GOO:  A unique art exhibit is underway right now in Coventry. A pair of Connecticut artists are showing their work at Muse Le Belle Artiste Gallery. Titled Empty Chairs and SITuations, the exhibit features sculptures by Barbara Scavotto-Earley and photographs by Sandy Hale. Scavotto-Earley's work is all about people in chairs and the exhibit is a commentary and parody on humans in everyday situations. Hale's work plays the counterpoint in the exhibit, with her pictures showing the absence of figures. It runs from noon to 4 p.m.

SWING AWAY:  Since 2001, the Gary Sugal Big Band has been playing throughout New England. Tonight, they bring their high-energy swing music to Mohegan Sun's Wolf Den. Boasting more than 3,000 arrangements, the group is sure to bring you back to the hay-day of the Big Band Era. It runs from noon to 7 p.m.
