BLAST OFF... CoverGirl's LashBlast Length was our absolute favorite fashion week beauty find of the season, but the Blast collection is not complete without their newest products, ShineBlast and ShadowBlast to match. Smokey jewel tones for the long-lasting duo stick shadow and 16 sparky colors like Dazzle and Ablaze for ShineBlast Lip Gloss boast similar "wow factor" effects as their predecessor. The two products won't hit drugstore shelves until January, but starting today (11/2) will be available online for a limited release pre-order.
TOE SHOES... We were getting a little antsy, but it looks like Greenwich's French Sole boutique is opening... gasp... today! The New York-based ballet flat maker will be opening their Greenwich Ave doors to high-heel haters everywhere starting November 2. Can't make it to the opening and still need a pair? No worries, they deliver, locally of course, in a custom-made pink French Sole Smart Car.
TINY DANCER... Forever 21 is known for making fast fashion, but now they're taking it a step further with limited edition themed capsule collections. First it was circus, then it was punk and now it's ballet? Besides an erratic grasp on inspiration, the Ballet Twist collection looks pretty good. Full of lace, tulle, and organza, just as we anticipated. ("It's tutu cute!") Forever 21 in Manchester is now carrying the collection, what do you think of it?
