Bill’s Seafood has a center bar, dinner room and outdoor picnic tables on the edge of the Patchogue River. Bill’s Seafood specializes in seafood, including scrod, swordfish, tuna, big sweet lobsters, cherrystone clams and fried clams.  Not into seafood and just want to enjoy outside? No problem, Bill’s offers sandwiches, burgers, and even spaghetti and meatballs. (Yes! we did say spaghetti & meatballs) . Prices at Bill’s Seafood start at $3.

Abbott’s is open only for the season. They offer the Abbottizer Special which includes fresh uncooked vegetables complemented with fresh fruit and fine cheese served with crackers and Abbott's own special dipping sauce. Enjoy it while your lobster steams. Starters include clam chowder and  tossed green salad. A New England Seafood Feast starts with clam chowder and Shrimp in the Rough followed by a heaping bowl of steamers and mussels, topped off with an Abbott's Steamed Lobster. All accompanied by potato chips, coleslaw and drawn butter. Abbott’s also offers lobster dinners, seafood rolls and desserts. Abbott’s is a BYOB establishment and call for prices.

This restaurant is different, so if you are looking to be waiting on, you’re not going to experience it a Bloodroot. When you go in, you order from a blackboard menu and a woman seated behind a desk places your order. When your order is up, you can enjoy it in the dining room or outside on the patio. One last thing, you are expected to bus your own table. As we said, it is different, but if you desire vegetarian food, you’ll be in the right place.  (Call for pricing)
