Is paying for yoga breaking your back?

DOWNWARD DOG, UPWARD WALLET.... Yoga might be relaxing but it doesn't come cheap, which in this economy, is enough to stress anyone out. That's why West Hartford Yoga is offering $5 classes for multiple levels of yoga Monday through Saturday. Wake up to the cleansing powers of Hot Yoga at 7 on weekday mornings or just try Gentle Yoga on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:15PM. Bring your own mat, or rent one for $1.

SMART ART... Still staring at the blank walls of your pad? Frames and mats and picture placement all too complicated for your decor taste? Well, we are enjoying Plywerk, a super-cool company based out of Portland, Oregon that takes your digital photos and turns them into sustainable and hang-able pieces of art. Based on the idea that photos look just dandy when paired with a plywood backing, the fees start at $17 and go upward to $470 for either bamboo or maple photo panels.

FASHION FORWARD... "Fashionably late" might sound cute in your head, but it's rarely an acceptable excuse in real life. We like to stay "fashionably on-time" with Smythson's super chic Fashion Diaries, calf-skin covered paper planners that not only look fabulous, but are full of international shopping and city listings and those sneaky but important fashion council calendar dates. It still costs a pretty penny ($210-$330) but remember, like any industry, time is money!
