I-91 South, New Haven, Reopens After Crash

Interstate 91 South in New Haven was closed in the area of Exit 4 after a tractor-trailer crash and reopened just before 2 p.m. Tuesday.

The truck was blocking the highway, according to people at the scene, and was leaking diesel fuel.
