As the first part of a two-part storm hits, several traffic problems have been reported.
Avon Mountain was closed in both directions between Route 10 and Mountain Road for a short time Tuesday morning. A person was seen on a stretcher at the scene. Police cleared the accident around 10:30 a.m.
Route 185 at Talcott Mountain in Simsbury was closed as well.
