Truck Crash Snarls I-84 Commute

Interstate 84 East is down to one lane in Hartford after a tractor-trailer crashed Friday morning.

The crash happened between exits 44 and 46 and two lanes are open.  

The truck could be there for a while and cause backups for commuters on I-84.
