Ice Brings Slick Commute

Black ice is causing problems Thursday morning and openings of more than 200 schools were delayed.

Road conditions are deceiving because the look wet but it is actual ice, drivers said. Secondary roads, driveways and sidewalks are the most difficult to maneuver.

State police are advising drivers to take it easy, leave yourself extra stopping distance and drive slowly.
