Ryan Seacrest seems to do it all--he hosts the hit series "American Idol," headlines a nationally syndicated radio show and has produced shows like "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." But, when it comes to accomplishing non-show-biz feats, is Seacrest up to the challenge?
Well, the public is about to find out as the "American Idol" host just listed his Hollywood Hills home for $11.985 million, reports the Los Angeles Times. Seacrest's home features six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms with beamed ceilings, a bar, a screening room, gym, and wine cellar to boot. Other amenities in the lavish 10,000-square-foot crib include a detached guest house, tennis court, swimming pool, and a cabana.
Seacrest originally purchased the Mediterranean-style digs from Kevin Costner in 2006 for $11.5 million, which means he's hoping to make a profit, albeit slight profit, on the sale of his luxe home.
