Will and Jada Smith Say Aloha to $20M

Will and Jada Smith just scored a huge profit on the recent sale of their Hawaiian plantation estate, which sold to an anonymous buyer for a staggering $20 million.

The estate, which was never listed on the open market, measures seven acres and boasts an amazing view overlooking Secret Beach, as well as a posh swimming pool and hot tub. The main single-story plantation-style house features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, hardwood floors, and solar heating that was installed in 2006. The Smiths made a huge profit on the home--$6.5 million to be exact. The famous clan snatched up the property back in December 2009 for $13.5 million.

The celeb couple dodged rumors earlier this year when it was reported that their marriage was on the rocks. However, the couple is reportedly doing "wonderful" now after there was reportedly tension between the two over how to best manage their two kids' careers. Well, there's nothing like the holidays and $6.5 million to bring an estranged couple closer.
