One of the more memorable stories Alessandra worked on revealed overcharges delivered to EZ Pass drivers on the Massachusetts Turnpike. She also worked on a special following inmates’ transitions after their release from prison.
Alessandra comes to NBC Connecticut from WWLP in Springfield, Massachusetts, where she was the lead evening reporter, covering breaking news with a primary focus on crime.
She graduated from Boston University with a degree in broadcast journalism, with a concentration in sociology.
Alessandra enjoys barre classes and is an avid biker, having completed a “century” ride – 100 miles! An outdoor enthusiast, together with her husband, she looks forward to exploring all Connecticut has to offer.
