In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, NBC Connecticut and Telemundo CT are proud to be partnering with Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center along with Radiology Associates of Hartford and Johnson Memorial Hospital to promote breast health and education.
Free mammograms will be made available for uninsured and under-insured women with a signed physician order for the exam.
The clinics will take place on Thursday, October 24, 2019, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 4 locations:
- Krapek Comprehensive Women’s Health Center at Saint Francis, 114 Woodland Street, Hartford
- Johnson Memorial Ambulatory Center, 148 Hazard Avenue, Enfield
- Radiology Associates of Hartford, 31 Sycamore Street, Glastonbury
- Radiology Associates of Hartford, 673 Cottage Grove Road, Bloomfield
A signed physician’s order form indicating the need for a yearly screening mammogram is required. You can see more information here.
Services include a digital mammography, same day results and a followup consultation if needed.
You can reserve their free screening mammogram at RAH ahead of time by calling (860) 714- XRAY or (860) 714-9729. Let the scheduler know that the appointment is part of the Free Mammogram program.
