Miley Cyrus Stalking Suspect Sprung For “Overcrowding”

Crazed fan says he wants to "marry" teen actress

Disney execs have reportedly asked Los Angeles police to be on the lookout for a crazed Miley Cyrus fan who claims the "Hannah Montana" star sends him secret messages on TV and through photos.

Georgia police arrested Mark McLeod, 53, for disorderly conduct near where Cyrus was filming her latest movie "The Last Song," but then released him for overcrowding despite learning of McLeod's creepy obsession with the 16-year-old singer and actress, according to reports.

In the police report, McLeod said he was "great friends" with Cyrus, with thousands of pictures and letters to the star stored on his computer, TMZ reported.

"I will f---ing be with Miley ... we're supposed to be together and [the cops] couldn't stop it," he said when arrested, according to Georgia cops.

But cops decided to let McLeod go, not knowing that a Los Angeles court had ordered him to stay away from Cyrus, according to the New York Daily News.

"If we had heard something about this guy supposedly being a stalker ... he wouldn't have been released," Chatham County, Ga., Sheriff Al St. Lawrence told WSAV-TV in Georgia.

In the interview, McLeod repeats the delusion that he "almost knows what [Cyrus] is thinking just by looking at her picture."

He also says he wants to marry the teen sensation.
