Miley Cyrus Accused of Battery

A man claims that a dispute with the starlet and her actor fiancé got out of hand

A chaotic week for Miley Cyrus isn't getting any less so, now that she is being accused of pushing and punching a man at a club.

Los Angeles police say a man filed a police report around 1:15 a.m. Sunday morning against the 19-year-old singer and one-time "Hannah Montana" star.

The man claims she pushed him when his conversation with her fiancé Liam Hemsworth escalated into an argument at Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel.

There were no visible injuries, and no arrests were made. Cops say they are still investigating.

Miley for her part slammed the allegations, which her spokesperson called "completely false and erroneous."

Just a day earlier, Cyrus was the accuser in another alleged crime, when a man was spotted hopping the fence to her house at about 4 a.m. Saturday.

Jason Luis Rivera was arrested wielding a pair of scissors and claiming to be Cyrus' husband. He pleaded guilty Monday.

"I would say delusional is a good characterization of him," one police officer told E! News of Rivera.
