Ryan O'Neal & Alana Stewart To Discuss Farrah Fawcett On ‘The Doctors'

The stars' first joint interview since Fawcett's death

Ryan O'Neal and Alana Stewart will appear in their first joint interview since the death of Farrah Fawcett to discuss the "Charlie's Angels" star's fight against cancer on the syndicated daytime talk show, "The Doctors."


O'Neal and Stewart – along with Fawcett's oncologist, Dr. Lawrence Piro – will appear on the September 10 episode, which will also cover the deaths of Senator Edward Kennedy and Michael Jackson. The trio will discuss the life of the actress and the medical care she received during her courageous fight.

Fawcett's cancer battle was documented in the documentary "Farrah's Story," which aired on NBC in May.


Fawcett died on June 25 at St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica, Calif. She was first diagnosed with anal cancer in 2006. After a brief period of remission, Fawcett's cancer returned in 2007.
