Sheen Restraining Order Expected to Expire Tuesday

A restraining order obtained by Charlie Sheen's estranged wife against the actor was expected to expire Tuesday.

A court hearing had been scheduled Tuesday to discuss a possible extension of the order, which Brooke Mueller was granted on March 1, but the matter was taken off calendar, apparently at the request of her attorneys.

Mueller and Sheen announced earlier this month through their attorneys that they had reached an agreement over custody of their twin sons, although details were not released.

The announcement came the same night that Los Angeles Police Department detectives went to Sheen's Mulholland Drive mansion to investigate whether he had guns, which could have been a violation of the temporary restraining order.

The order required Sheen to stay 100 yards away from her and have no contact with her.
