Suspect In Shooting Of Mark Ruffalo's Brother Surrenders To Police

Shaha Mishaal Adham, who police had issued an arrest warrant for in connection to the shooting of Mark Ruffalo’s brother, Scott, turned herself into police on Monday afternoon, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

A spokesperson for the Beverly Hills Police Department said Adham, along with Brian Scofield, who had been identified as a “person of interest” in the case, turned themselves in at 1:30 PM on Monday.

Adham was arrested and booked on the warrant for attempted murder of Scott Ruffalo, who was shot in the head outside his home last week.

Scofield was being held on a misdemeanor traffic warrant.

Jail records show a court date for Adham has been tentatively scheduled for Wednesday.

Earlier in the day on Monday, Beverly Hills police told Access an arrest warrant for Adham had been issued.

No information has been released on a possible motive for the shooting or Adham’s relationship to Scott Ruffalo.
