CT LIVE!: Spinach and Blueberry Salad

Heart Healthy Blueberry Spinach Salad


  • 2 Five Star Foodies French Herb Burgers, cooked and diced
  • 4 cups spinach or other favorite greens
  • 1/2 apple, thinly sliced or diced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons walnut pieces/halves or other favorite nut/seed
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 4 teaspoons flavored balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese


1. Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss with balsamic vinegar or other favorite vinaigrette.

2. Divide into two salads and add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
