Whole Prawns

  • 4 whole prawns
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 4oz chorizo
  • 2oz cilantro
  • 2oz tequila
  • 2oz butter
  • 2oz oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Heat pan to medium heat, when the pan is hot add in seasoned shrimp, sear on one side till golden brown, after 2 min flip over add in, corn, chorizo, cilantro, deglaze with tequila when tequila is just about reduced slowly mount the butter for finishing

Serve shrimp head-on, tail on
