Dr. Jennifer Arnold and hubby Bill Klein had some exciting news to share this week.

"What a wonderful way to celebrate #WorldCancerDay! I am done with cancer!" the 39-year-old neonatologist and mother of two tweeted Tuesday, less than two months after revealing that she was battling choriocarcinoma, a rare form of cancer that originates in the reproductive organs or a woman's placenta and can quickly spread to the lungs.

"It's official- ME 1 vs CANCER 0... I WIN! Thank you for all the prayers, thoughts, & support!" she added.

"I had my official last chemo treatment," Arnold told People. "And while I'm hesitant to say I'm cancer-free--maybe that's common for people who have had cancer--I'm doing great. Everything is moving in the right direction. I am very excited."

Arnold developed a mass in her uterus after a failed pregnancy and, following surgery to remove the mass, contracted pneumonia.

"It actually got harder as more time went on," Arnold described going through chemo to the mag. "Some weeks were more difficult than others with different side effects. I had a lot of fatigue and nausea and some days it just felt like my hands and feet were very heavy."

TLC continued to film "The Little Couple" while she was undergoing treatment and she shared details about her experience on Twitter. Arnold and Klein had just adopted their second child, daughter Zoey, last May. Zoey joined big brother William in the family fold.

"Bill knows when I'm not doing well and he takes such good care of me," she told People. "That was huge. That and enjoying watching my children play was a huge uplifting part of my treatment. With kids running around, you don't have much time to feel sorry for yourself."

And while Arnold hasn't returned to work full-time yet, she's been enjoying quality time with the fam.

"Long overdue for a date night," she tweeted Jan. 31, along with a pic of Klein during a dinner date deux. "Had [such] a wonderful time with my love.
