Who really is Jane Doe?
We're about to find out on "Blindspot," and it's going to change pretty much everything.
Jane's (Jaimie Alexander) relationship with Kurt (Sullivan Stapleton) has already been basically ruined by the reveal that she was not actually Kurt's childhood friend, Taylor Shaw. At the same time, Jane learned that she had orchestrated the whole thing--tattoos and all--on herself, but she still didn't know who she was.
"To Kurt, it was a huge betrayal," Stapleton told E! News during NBC's summer press tour. "He believes that she could have potentially known the whole time. So that's kind of hard-hitting, to be an FBI agent and have those beliefs that are wrong."
One new face this season is that of "The Good Wife's" Archie Panjabi, who makes her debut in tonight's premiere.
"She's an NSA operative who's been watching the Jane Doe case for about a year, and sees that there's a complete breakdown of trust with the revelation of Jane not being Taylor Shaw," Panjabi explained. "I come in and try to heal the wounds that are there."

The season two premiere opens with Jane in a CIA black site, with authorities still trying to figure out who she is and what she knows. We won't have to wait long, according to showrunner Martin Gero.
"If the first season was about who is Jane Doe, we want to answer those questions so we can move into what the second season is about, which I can't really tell you because it is a spoiler if I say what the theme is," he teased.
Of course, Jane won't want to stay at that CIA black site for long, and the team will be back together in some form or another in no time, but things will never be the same. You'll just have to tune into tonight's action-packed premiere to find out why!
