Eli Manning to Host “SNL” in May

And Rihanna will be his musical guest. Not bad

Giants quarterback Eli Manning is taking his two Super Bowl rings --and, hopefully, his sense of humor -- to the hallowed halls of Studio 8H.

The two-time Super Bowl MVP will host "Saturday Night Live" for the first time on May 5, the show announced on its Twitter page.

Rihanna will be the musical guest.

Manning's older brother, Peyton, hosted "SNL" in 2007 after leading the Indianapolis Colts to Super Bowl victory. The younger Manning appeared briefly in the monologue.
