While Connecticut experiences near-zero temperatures and bitter wind chills, it's all about summertime at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford this weekend.
The CMTA Hartford Boat Show has dropped anchor once again.
People have a chance to view hundreds of boats at the Connecticut Convention Center from Thursday through Sunday. A number of seminars will also be held throughout the weekend, including instruction on stripping the bottom of a boat, electronic chart navigation, reading a nautical chart and outboard motor repair.
The show is open:
Thursday - 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday - 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday - 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Admission is $12 for adults. Children under 12 are free with an adult.
