Ring in the second New Year’s at Artisan in Westhartford, which will have two dinner seatings. The earlier seating is a three course prix fixe for $65 per person. Bobby V's in Windsor Locks is offering comedy from Preston Simpson, Billy Winn and Tom Anzalone. The show starts at 10 p.m. with doors opening at 9 p.m. Dinner is available starting at 7:30 p.m. The show alone is $50 and includes party favors, a midnight champagne toast, and after party desserts. Dinner and the show combined are $88 per person. Taxes and gratuities are included.

Luther and Cody Dickinson, the North Mississippi Allstars, will be playing a show at 9 p.m. with tickets going for $68 for regular admission or $88 for VIP. Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds will be performing at 9 p.m. at The Warehouse.
The annual New Year's Eve celebration in downtown Hartford will be celebrating it's 30th anniversary and will take place from 2 p.m. to midnight. The party includes fireworks at 6 p.m. and midnight in Bushnell Park but viewable throughout much of the city. Horse drawn wagon rides around Bushnell Park will also be available.
Foxwoods’ Resort and Casino will have parties across the property, including live entertainment from Jammin 107.7 in the Grand Pequot Rotunda and Legends in Concert at the Fox Theater. Rick Springfield will be performing in the Grand Theater.

This restaurant and bar replaced the Black Bear Saloon at 187 Allyn Street. Now, The Urban Young Professionals and TNB have teamed up for a New Year's Eve party with Boston's JAM'N 94.5 fm DJ 4eign.
