A news release from the Guilford Art Center says Pepin began painting more than 50 years ago and he started with hand-illustrated menus created to “celebrate the joy of mealtime gatherings for friends and family.” His art has emerged over the years to include roosters, chickens, farm scenes and rural landscapes. The exhibition will include original paintings and limited edition signed prints.
