Jill Miano finally has access to her professional wedding photos after nearly one year of waiting.
"I love the images. They're beautiful. They're everything I wanted," Miano said.
Jill and her husband, Todd, received their wedding photos after the Troubleshooters contacted photographer Marcin Rafalowicz.
"I'm just so thankful for NBC helping me out because it really got the ball rolling," Miano said.
The Mianos were married last July. They paid Rafalowicz more than $2000 for the wedding photo package. However, they claim Rafalowicz stopped taking their calls and emails earlier this year. Rafalowicz denies that and said he mailed the photos "quite a while ago", but he admits he did not track them. The Mianos said they never received the photos.
Since the original story aired, Rafalowicz sent the Mianos an online gallery and a file for them to download and print their photos. He also said a CD of the photos and a canvas print should be mailed to the Mianos next week.
Jill has big plans for the pictures.
"I've got plenty of big albums to put them in and then once I print them all out, I'm going to go through them and pick which ones I want to frame and hang on the walls in my house and to give to family members as gifts," Miano said.
Rafalowicz also sent Jill and Todd a slideshow of the wedding photos.
The Better Business Bureau said newlyweds should expect to wait six to eight weeks for professional wedding photos and in some cases it could take up to three months.
