Like the sartorial equivalent of a scratch off lottery ticket, we've discovered J.Press is giving away hundreds of dollars worth of clothes to those willing to chance not liking them.
From now through December 20, high stakes shoppers can purchase unmarked packages of Press' preppy goods for either $250 or $500.
After you've anted up, the site explains (in an ominous red font) you will "be contacted a J.Press representative for your measurements," and receive a pack o'random clothes valued at $600 or $1200.
The stakes: Orders are based on available stock at time of purchase. Everything remains a secret until you open the package. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
And if you tell anyone what you get, J. Press will sick a Whiffenpoof on you.
