If one were to follow the Clark Kent-Superman logic, then Mark Cavallaro is an engineer for Sikorsky Aircraft by day, and when he slips into a telephone booth to change into his alter ego, Cavallaro comes out as a chef wearing a shirt that exclaims “Ooh-Fah!”
